I help clients protect their brands around the world, and have successfully negotiated domain acquisitions and worldwide settlement agreements for long standing disputes between multinational companies.
I represent clients in a broad spectrum of industries, including fashion, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, climate control, industrial technologies, and entertainment.
I’ve counseled clients ranging from small businesses to multinational Fortune 500 corporations on the searching and clearance of new brands worldwide and on the maintenance, prosecution, protection, and enforcement of their global trademark portfolios.
Outside of my work as an attorney I frequently lecture and provide continuing legal education on intellectual property issues including copyright law, licensing, intellectual property due diligence and the Madrid Protocol.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening, running, hiking, and camping with my family.
