Jamison Rounds
Jamison helps his clients with valuation, strategy, and business development, in particular with new ventures and business transactions. He is also called on for government relations and mediation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and a certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor through the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) and is “enrolled on the list of qualified neutrals for the Supreme Court of Minnesota” (mediator/arbitrator). He is the first licensed distiller in the State of South Dakota after prohibition, was mayor of the City of Crooks SD from 2015-2019, and was the former Director of the Governor’s Office of Strategic Initiatives for the State of South Dakota. He speaks Italian and German.
