I’ve been practicing trademark law for over a decade now, and have had the pleasure of working with some of the world’s most innovative brands. I’m highly active in all aspects of international trademark law, which has been an asset to the many global brands on our roster.

The intellectual challenges and opportunities in IP law are what continue to drive me as an attorney. It’s a privilege to be able to share my knowledge and experience to help brands drive innovation in their own industries.

Since 2006 I’ve used what I know to secure, maintain, enforce and defend IP rights for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to midsize corporations and startups. And, my extensive background in business and computer technology has helped me counsel clients on open source software licenses and more.

Most recently, I successfully challenged misuse of one of our clients’ brands online. We disabled social media accounts and websites hosting infringing content quickly and painlessly.

I am also a lawyer who knows effective IP protection goes beyond legal practice. That’s why I helped architect a case management software application that has been the backbone of our practice for the last 15 years.

When I’m not at the office, I spend my time as an avid skier, canoeist and backcountry camper. If there’s an epic outdoor adventure to be had, I’m there having a great time with my wife and three sons in tow!
